Allison graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education. Throughout her time at UVM, Allison worked as a mentor for Think College Vermont, a continuing education program for students with disabilities, as well as taught swim lessons and worked as a lifeguard at UVM’s Campus Recreation. In her free time, Allison enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, sewing, and spending time with her friends, family, and two guinea pigs.
