Bridget earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters of Arts in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Bridget has worked with students in Housing, Campus Recreation, and Counseling Services and during this time she found that she loved helping college students reach their goals. Before working with Mansfield Hall Bridget spent five years as a Disability Specialist in Student Disability Services at the University of Texas at San Antonio. In this role she enjoyed serving as the advisor to an honor society for students with disabilities. It is her focus to help students find validation in their strengths and to celebrate that they do things a little differently as they explore. She has a special interest in working with students in their journey of disability and identity. For fun, Bridget likes playing with her dog, Dexter, reading, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.
