Ross Porter graduated from Dundee University (U.K) with a BA in Community Education and Sports Coaching and Development. Ross is currently working towards a Masters in Special Education at UW-Madison.
He has a passion for supporting students and adults, especially through outdoor based and experiential education programs. In prior settings, including private residential schools, community-based centers, and public school settings, Ross has implemented the International Duke of Edinburgh Award, vocational programs, and befriending services. He also volunteers to develop and lead programs for the Hoofer Outing Club at UW-Madison.
In his free time, Ross enjoys being outdoors, whether it is skiing, whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, or going on long walks with his dog (Duke) and wife, Stephanie.
