Courtney Forti, B.A.

Courtney arrived at Mansfield Hall after several years in the field of Wilderness Therapy where she served as a Lead Field Guide helping young adults navigate times of challenge and transition.  Courtney originally worked as a Life Skills Coach at Mansfield Hall, before moving into the Director of Student Life role. Previous to working in the therapeutic industry, Courtney honed her interpersonal and team management skills in the fields of experiential and traditional education, as well in assisted living and critical care for vulnerable populations.

Courtney’s passions for people and community have led her to cultivate personal interests that inform her work such as Mindfulness, Permaculture/ Sustainability philosophy, Nonviolent Communication, and intentional transition/ Rites of Passage work. She is thrilled to be working in an environment that empowers students and their families to deepen their relationships and pursue their unique paths towards success.
