Hailey is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Psychology and Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Before working with Mansfield Hall, Hailey has worked one-on-one with students through service learning courses, volunteering, and internships. One of her most profound experiences was working at Children’s Therapy Network. Here, she was able to observe occupational therapists and participate in sessions where she learned valuable professional and social skills. She has worked with students of all abilities and found that a main component of aiding students in reaching their goals is by establishing internal motivation. She hopes to help the students of Mansfield Hall find this motivation through their strengths and interests. In her free time, Hailey enjoys traveling, going to her family cabin in Rhinelander, WI, and attending concerts at the Memorial Union terrace.
