Dr. Strolin-Goltzman is an implementation scholar who joined the UVM Social Work faculty in 2011. For the past 6 years, she has been focusing on making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families by conducting trans-disciplinary intervention research aimed at addressing important practice-based issues in child welfare, substance abuse and school based services. She earned her Doctorate in Social Work from the University at Albany and advises Mansfield Hall on our “Fellows” program with local college students.
Her favorite quote sums up her relationship with Mansfield Hall.
“Vision without action is a dream. Action without vision is simply passing the time. Action with vision is making a positive difference (Joel Barker).”
