Caitlin has an extensive background in counseling, research, and teaching at the college level. She has taught undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Vermont and served as a Visiting Professor at Middlebury College. In addition, Caitlin has worked as a clinical therapist with adolescents and young adults in a variety of settings, including wilderness therapy programs, a therapeutic boarding school, and a community clinic.

Caitlin holds a doctorate in Developmental Psychology & Developmental Psychopathology from the University of Vermont, and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Montana State University. She completed her undergraduate degree at Middlebury College in Vermont. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys skiing, running, hiking, biking, cooking, and kid-friendly adventuring with her husband and children.
