Prior to joining Mansfield Hall, Erin worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a variety of settings in New York, New Jersey and abroad. Her clinical practice focused on communication and engagement with neurodiverse learners. She developed holistic individualized therapy plans that incorporated best practices in human development, executive functioning, motor learning, and pragmatic language development. Erin has facilitated therapy groups that focused on peer interactions, problem-solving, and bridging the gaps in communication between neurodiverse learners and their peers and families. Erin holds a lot of value in the lessons taught to her by students including empathy, perspective-taking, and creativity. She is excited to be a part of an organization that focuses on the empowerment of individuals in an environment that facilitates their individual goals for the future.
