Cassie Colon

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COACH

Cassie grew up on the coast of Oregon and came inland to Eugene where she earned her Bachelor of Education from Pacific University and recently completed her Master of Education in Mindfulness, Social Emotional Learning, and Yoga through Breathe For Change. She brings a background in K-12 public education, where she developed a deep passion for supporting youth, building meaningful relationships, and creating inclusive learning environments where students feel valued and empowered. Her graduate studies have deeply impacted the way she approaches education and connection, strengthening her passion for creating supportive, inclusive, and healing spaces where individuals can grow and thrive. Outside of work, Cassie enjoys spending time with her children, reading, practicing yoga, weight lifting, exploring nature through walks and adventures, and volunteering with the scouting community. She believes that strong communities are built through connection, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping others discover their strengths.
