Alyssa attended the University of Wisconsin- Platteville where they studied music performance and they most recently became a certified life coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School. Their focus is to serve others by assisting in building confidence, consistency, and clarity in a mindful way.
Alyssa enjoys playing music, singing, painting, gardening, reading, and spending time outside.
Executive dysfunction can make things like planning, organizing, and task-starting feel extra hard.
For many neurodivergent people, this is can be part of how the brain works, not a personal failure.
At Mansfield Hall, we help students learn what works for them and build tools that support their success.
Busy week for us at Mansfield Hall!
Madison students braved the cold to get out and grill for local Madison non-profit Savory Sunday. One of our students event went on 5 local radio stations to promote Savory’s upcoming fundraiser: Grilling For Peace!
Rest and relaxation were pivotal as students took time to unwind during our Chill Hour: spa edition.
Burlington students found time in between studying to hang out and play some Uno (a rematch will be ensuing to challenge the current victor).
And students continued to brave the chilly temperatures to get to classes- six more weeks of winter folks- we`ve got this!

This week was a mix of cozy treats and athletic feats.
Students rocked out at the climbing gym, shredded down our local mountain, enjoyed ice cream (across campuses), and so much more- it`s good to be back!
