Coach

I am a senior at the University of Vermont pursuing my B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. In my junior year, I was accepted into UVM’s Mentored Clinical Internship Program and interned at Mansfield Hall. During my internship, I lead Mansfield Moves, a bi-weekly exercise program, and completed a capstone project examining the impact of physical activity on well-being, goal recognition, and overall fitness among neurodiverse adults. This year, I am interning at Head Start, where I lead CATs on the Move, a physical activity program designed to increase children’s daily movement and support their developmental growth in the classroom. I am also applying to graduate programs to pursue a master’s degree in sport psychology, with the goal of continuing to explore the positive impact exercise has on neurodivergent populations and how to make it more accessible. Outside of academics, I love running, trying new coffee shops, hanging out with friends, going to the beach, and traveling!
