Casey Cox, Ph.D.

People Operations Manager

Casey Cox has been part of the Mansfield Hall community since 2017 and currently serves as the People Operations Manager. His expertise is in high-growth, mission-driven, multi-site operations, with experience supporting organizations ranging from small teams of 25 employees to larger workforces of more than 1,500.

Casey holds a PhD in Business Psychology and a certification in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation. His work centers on supporting people, strengthening workplace systems, guiding leaders, and helping organizations grow in thoughtful and sustainable ways. He brings a practical, people-centered approach to his work and believes that supporting people well is one of the most important ways an organization can strengthen its culture, mission, and long-term impact.
