Hattie Geist Headshot

Hattie Geist, B.S.

CONNECTIONS CASE MANAGER, BURLINGTON

Hattie grew up in the mountains of Idaho and on the lakes of Minnesota. She ventured out east for college and graduated from St. Lawrence University with a degree in Conservation Biology and Outdoor Studies. She then completed a graduate certificate in Environmental and Sustainability Education during a year as a Graduate Naturalist in Northern Minnesota, where she worked with students of all ages, teaching experiential, academic lessons in the outdoors. Hattie’s continued work in education, through tutoring, residential programs, and outdoor/farm education, brought her to Maine, Wisconsin, and North Carolina. She is excited to have landed in Vermont and is looking forward to supporting students here at Mansfield Hall as they achieve their academic and personal goals! In her free time, you can find Hattie baking, gardening, watercoloring, and enjoying time spent by the water.

Last but certainly not least, Eugene students!
