Stephanie Welch, MBA

VICE PRESIDENT, ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT

Stephanie Welch is a dedicated member of the Mansfield Hall Admissions team. She became a part of the Mansfield Hall community in 2018, when she began her role as a Life Skills Coach at our Burlington location. Stephanie obtained her master’s degree in Business of Administration from Louisiana State University and has a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University. Stephanie’s favorite part about working for Mansfield Hall is the vibrant community, which has inspired her to continue pursuing the mission of supporting and empowering college students.

Stephanie’s past professional experience includes work in nonprofit management and supporting young adults and adolescents through various organizations, which include classroom settings, outdoor experience, and mentorship. Originally from Massachusetts, Stephanie has enjoyed building her home and community in Burlington, VT. Outside of work, you can find her playing with her dog, enjoying some sunshine with friends, or seeking time by the water.
